The rules establish the procedure for accreditation of metrological services or other organizational structures to ensure the uniformity of measurements of legal entities for the right to certify measurement methods and conduct metrological expertise of design, design and technological documentation performed both for their own needs and as metrological services provided by legal and physical persons, and apply to the metrological services of legal entities, regardless of their departmental affiliation and forms property.
Правила устанавливают порядок аккредитации метрологических служб или иных организационных структур по обеспечению единства измерений юридических лиц на право аттестации методик выполнения измерений и проведения метрологической экспертизы проектной, конструкторской и технологической документации, выполняемых как для собственных нужд, так и в качестве метрологических услуг, оказываемых юридическим и физическим лицам, и распространяются на метрологические службы юридических лиц независимо от их ведомственной принадлежности и форм собственности.
