Standard procedure for handling samples used in mandatory product certification
Типовой порядок обращения с образцами, используемыми при проведении обязательной сертификации продукции

This Standard Procedure was developed in addition to the existing documents - “Rules for Certification in the Russian Federation”, “Procedure for Certification of Products”, “Procedure for State Standard of Russia for State Control and Supervision of Compliance with Mandatory Requirements of State Standards, Rules for Mandatory Certification and Certified Products (works, services) ', is used during the mandatory certification and is intended for accredited certification bodies and Testing laboratories (centers), applicants representing products for certification, and other certification participants are used when handling specimens in production, in trade, when storing products at enterprises of all forms of ownership, as well as when importing products into the territory of Russia.
Настоящий Типовой порядок разработан в дополнение к действующим документам - «Правила по проведению сертификации в Российской Федерации', «Порядок проведения сертификации продукции', «Порядок проведения Госстандартом России государственного контроля и надзора за соблюдением обязательных требований государственных стандартов, правил обязательной сертификации и за сертифицированной продукцией (работами, услугами)', применяется при проведении обязательной сертификации и предназначен для аккредитованных органов по сертификации и испытательных лабораторий (центров), заявителей, представляющих продукцию на сертификацию, и других участников сертификации и применяются при обращении с образцами на производстве, в торговле, при хранении продукции на предприятиях всех форм собственности, а также при ввозе продукции на территорию России.
