The manual establishes common methods of laboratory research and testing of disinfectants to assess their antimicrobial, insecticidal, acaricidal, repellent and rodenticidal activity, efficacy and safety when used in everyday life, in health care organizations and other facilities to ensure the safety of life and health of people and animals and no damage to objects of the environment. The manual is intended for organizations, institutions, enterprises, accredited testing centers of laboratories, certification bodies for disinfectants accredited in the GOST R accreditation system, specialists conducting research on disinfectants, sterilizing, disinsection, deratization agents, as well as their substances (active substances) in the process their development, production, use, registration and certification tests, production control and supervision.
Руководство устанавливает единые методы лабораторных исследований и испытаний дезинфекционных средств для оценки их антимикробной, инсектицидной, акарицидной, репеллентной и родентицидной активности, эффективности и безопасности при применении в быту, в лечебно-профилактических организациях и на других объектах для обеспечения безопасности жизни и здоровья людей, животных и не повреждения объектов внешней среды. Руководство предназначено для организаций, учреждений, предприятий, аккредитованных испытательных центров лабораторий, органов по сертификации дезинфекционных средств, аккредитованных в системе аккредитации ГОСТ Р, специалистов, осуществляющих исследования дезинфицирующих, стерилизующих, дезинсекционных, дератизационных средств, а также их субстанций (действующих веществ) в процессе их разработки, производства, применения, регистрационных и сертификационных испытаний, производственного контроля и надзора.
