The Recommendations provide methods for calculating the pressure change inside the pipeline during the tests, which allow to calculate the duration of pressure rise to the test pressure and the pressure drop when the temperature of the test environment changes, as well as the method for calculating the pressure change during the propagation of hydraulic waves in the pipeline filled with liquid. allowable value of pressure surges when it rises inside the pipeline to the test. The Recommendations proposed the ASTRA program for calculating the process of propagation of hydraulic waves on a computer.
В Рекомендациях приведены методы расчета изменения давления внутри трубопровода в процессе испытаний, которые позволяют рассчитывать продолжительность подъема давления до испытательного и величину падения давления при изменении температуры испытательной среды, а также методика расчета изменения давления в процессе распространения гидравлических волн в заполненном жидкостью трубопроводе, которая позволяет определять допустимую величину скачков давления при его подъеме внутри трубопровода до испытательного. В Рекомендациях предложена программа АСТРА для расчета на ЭВМ процесса распространения гидравлических волн.
