Regulation on the examination of industrial safety in the coal industry

Status: Not effective. By the order of Rostekhnadzor dated November 14, 2013 No. 538, the resolution of the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia No. 44 dated 10/09/2011 was declared non-applicable
The Regulation establishes the procedure for conducting industrial safety expertise, drawing up and approving industrial safety expertise in the coal industry, as well as the interaction of expert organizations carrying out industrial safety expertise in the coal industry, authorities approving the expert opinion and the customer of the expertise.
Положение устанавливает порядок проведения экспертизы промышленной безопасности, оформления и утверждения заключений экспертизы промышленной безопасности в угольной промышленности, а также взаимодействия экспертных организаций, осуществляющих экспертизу промышленной безопасности в угольной промышленности, органов власти, утверждающих заключение экспертизы, и заказчика экспертизы.
