Regulations on the procedure for changing the designs of individual pieces of equipment used in coal and slate mines

Status: Effective
The Regulation establishes the procedure for the implementation by the forces of mines, installation and commissioning organizations, mine construction departments and repair enterprises of the coal industry. The provision does not apply to design changes made by machine-building plants in technical documentation, in accordance with the procedure established by state and industry standards, other regulatory documents.
Положение устанавливает порядок осуществления силами шахт, монтажно-наладочных организаций, шахтостроительных управлений и ремонтных предприятий угольной промышленности. Положение не распространяется на конструктивные изменения, вносимые машиностроительными заводами в техническую документацию, согласно порядку, установленному государственными и отраслевыми стандартами, другими нормативными документами.
