Recommendations for expert examination of lifting machines. General provisions
Рекомендации по экспертному обследованию грузоподъемных машин. Общие положения
Status: Effective
The recommendations are intended for expert organizations, owners of lifting machines, specialized installation and commissioning organizations, training centers engaged in training and certification of specialists and experts, enterprises related to the operation of lifting machines, as well as for territorial bodies of the Federal Service for Technological Supervision. The document defines the procedure for conducting an expert survey of load-lifting machines, their safety devices and crane tracks, as well as the procedure for drawing up reporting documentation (expert opinions, acts, protocols and other documentation).
Рекомендации предназначены для экспертных организаций, владельцев грузоподъемных машин, специализированных монтажных и пусконаладочных организаций, учебных центров, занимающихся подготовкой и аттестацией специалистов и экспертов, предприятий, связанных с эксплуатацией грузоподъемных машин, а также для территориальных органов Федеральной службы по технологическому надзору. Документ определяет порядок проведения экспертного обследования грузоподъемных машин, их приборов безопасности и крановых путей, а также порядок оформления отчетной документации (заключения экспертизы, актов, протоколов и другой документации).
