Expert technical diagnostics of vessels and equipment operating under pressure at gas and gas condensate and oil production and processing facilities in the northern regions of the Russian Federation and underground gas storage facilities
Status: Not effective
The governing document (RD) applies to steel welded vessels and devices of domestic and foreign production that are subject to PB 10-115, PB 03-384, which are in operation at the production, processing, storage of gas, gas condensate and oil, under the supervision of the Gosgortechnadzor of Russia RD applies to vessels operating under pressure or without pressure (under filling) at negative and positive wall temperatures. The wall temperature should not exceed the values at which the creep of materials is taken into account in strength calculations. RD does not apply to vessels and their elements working with environments containing hydrogen sulfide, causing intergranular metal corrosion, to vessels of two-layer steel
