These "Rules of technical operation of lifting and transport equipment of seaports" establish recommendations on the organization of the maintenance of handling equipment in good condition, as well as on the organization of safe production of loading and unloading operations when using this equipment.
Настоящие «Правила технической эксплуатации подъемно-транспортного оборудования морских портов» устанавливают рекомендации по организации содержания перегрузочного оборудования в исправном состоянии, а также по организации безопасного производства погрузочно-разгрузочных работ при применении этого оборудования.
