Status: Effective
A normative document establishes a system of organizational and technological documentation for the execution of loading and unloading operations, general provisions for the purpose, design, rules for registration, circulation and the monitoring of technological documentation. RD applies to the organizational and technological documentation regulating the production of loading and unloading and warehousing in maritime transport, developed in ports, stevedoring, freight forwarding, shipping companies and other organizations, regardless of ownership and subordination, carrying out operations on handling and storage of goods and having the appropriate license
Нормативный документ устанавливает систему организационно-технологической документации на выполнение погрузочно-разгрузочных работ, общие положения по назначению, разработке, правилам оформления, обращения и нормоконтролю технологической документации. РД распространяется на организационно-технологическую документацию, регламентирующую производство погрузочно-разгрузочных и складских работ на морском транспорте, разрабатываемую в портах, стивидорных, транспортно-экспедиторских, судоходных компаниях и других организациях вне зависимости от форм собственности и подчинения, осуществляющих операции по перегрузке и складированию грузов и имеющих соответствующие лицензии
