Method for calculating fugitive emissions from gas processing plants
Status: Not effective
The technique is intended for calculating fugitive emissions due to leaks of the processed gas from process equipment, units and valves. The method is intended for the calculation of the magnitude of fugitive emissions into the atmosphere by existing and projected gas processing plants, compressor units and other enterprises that process oil gas when operating in routine conditions
