Guidelines establish a general procedure for organizing and certifying analytical laboratories that measure the chemical composition and physicochemical properties of substances and materials, as well as health facilities that measure during analytical monitoring and when performing analytical procedures to determine the composition of biological sample properties.
Методические указания устанавливают общий порядок организации п проведения аттестации аналитических лабораторий, выполняющих измерения химического состава и физико-химических свойств веществ и материалов, а также учреждений здравоохранения, проводящих измерения в ходе аналитического контроля и при выполнении аналитических процедур по определению состава я свойств биологических проб.
