Guidelines apply to the methods of qualification assessment of fuels, oils, lubricants and special fluids, developed according to plans and separate instructions of the State Interdepartmental Commission for Testing Fuels, Oils, Greases and Special Fluids under the State Standard and establish the basic provisions, the procedure for submitting documentation, conducting metrological expertise and certification methods qualification, the general requirements for the organization of these works.
Методические указания распространяются на методы квалификационной оценки топлив, масел, смазок и спецжидкостей, разрабатываемые по планам и отдельным поручениям Государственной междуведомственной комиссии по испытанию топлив, масел, смазок и спецжидкостей при Госстандарте и устанавливают основные положения, порядок представления документации, проведения метрологической экспертизы и аттестации методов квалификационной оценки, общие требования к организации этих работ.
