Methodical instructions establish the general procedure for organizing and conducting certification of design and survey chemicalization stations, their branches and agrochemical laboratories that are part of the All-Union Production and Scientific Association for Agrochemical Services for Agriculture "Soyuzselkhozkhimiya" performing measurements in: soil-agrochemical research; analysis of the quality of feed and other agricultural products; control: the quality of means of chemicalization, reliability of accounting and reporting on their use; compliance by land users with measures to protect the environment from pollution by pesticides and fertilizers; the quality of performance by all land users of the recommended work on the control of pests and diseases of agricultural plants and weeds; conducting research; the development of design estimates for the effective use of chemicals in agriculture, animal husbandry and feed production.
Методические указания устанавливают общий порядок организации и проведения аттестации проектно-изыскательских станций химизации, их филиалов и агрохимических лабораторий, входящих в состав Всесоюзного производственно-научного объединения по агрохимическому обслуживанию сельского хозяйства "Союзсельхозхимия" выполняющих измерения при: почвенно-агрохимических исследованиях; анализа качества кормов и другой сельскохозяйственной продукции; контроле: качества средств химизации, достоверности учета и отчетности по их применению; за соблюдением землепользователями мероприятий по охране окружающей среды от загрязнения пестицидами и удобрениями; качества выполнения всеми землепользователями рекомендуемых работ по борьбе с вредителями и болезнями сельскохозяйственных растений и сорняками; проведении научно-исследовательских работ; разработке проектно-сметной документации по эффективному использованию средств химизации в земледелии, животноводстве и кормопроизводстве.
