The standards establish the main provisions for determining the natural hazards that cause manifestations and (or) activation of natural processes taken into account in the development of pre-project documentation (justification of investments in the construction of facilities, schemes and projects of district planning, master plans for cities, towns and rural settlements and other documentation) , feasibility studies and working documentation for the construction of buildings and structures, as well as schemes (projects) for their engineering protection
