Guidelines for the implementation of the standards of the Unified System for the Protection of Products and Materials Against Corrosion, Aging and Biodeterioration (ESHSC) in industries

Guidelines establish the procedure for the implementation (application) of the standards of the Unified System of Protection against Corrosion, Aging and Biodeterioration (ESKSK) at enterprises, in industrial associations, research and development and design organizations. The guidelines specify the procedure for implementing state standards established by GOST 1.20-85 as applied to the ESZKS standards, clarify the scope of the ESZKS standards and the requirements that must be considered when ensuring the protection of products and materials from corrosion, aging and exposure to biological factors. Methodical instructions can be applied by the State Acceptance bodies and territorial bodies of the USSR State Standard for quality control and product acceptance in associations and enterprises, when checking the conformity of products to the requirements of standards and technical conditions.
Методические указания устанавливают порядок внедрения (применения) стандартов Единой системы защиты от коррозии, старения и биоповреждений (ЕСЗКС) на предприятиях, в производственных объединениях, научно-исследовательских и проектно-конструкторских организациях. Методические указания конкретизируют порядок внедрения государственных стандартов, установленный ГОСТ 1.20-85, применительно к стандартам ЕСЗКС, уточняют сферу применения стандартов ЕСЗКС и требования, которые необходимо учитывать при обеспечении защиты изделий и материалов от коррозии, старения и воздействия биологических факторов. Методические указания могут применяться органами Государственной приемки и территориальными органами Госстандарта СССР при контроле качества и приемке продукции в объединениях и на предприятиях, при проверке соответствия продукции требованиям стандартов и технических условий.
