The instruction establishes the procedure for the preparation and implementation of inspections for the implementation and compliance with the standards of the Unified System for Technological Preparation of Production (ESTPP) in associations and at enterprises of mechanical engineering and instrument-making. The instruction is intended for the centers of standardization and metrology (FMC), laboratories of state supervision of standards and measuring equipment (LGN).
