The guidance document establishes the basic requirements for the competence of laboratories that perform measurements while monitoring the state and pollution of the marine environment. The guidance document is intended for the laboratories of the state observational network of the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet), laboratories of other federal executive authorities, as well as for organizations of any form of ownership that measure when monitoring the state and pollution of the marine environment.
Руководящий документ устанавливает основные требования к компетентности лабораторий, выполняющих измерения при проведении мониторинга состояния и загрязнения морской среды. Руководящий документ предназначен для лабораторий государственной наблюдательной сети Федеральной службы по гидрометеорологии и мониторингу окружающей среды (Росгидромет), лабораторий других федеральных органов исполнительной власти, а также для организаций любой формы собственности, осуществляющих измерения при проведении мониторинга состояния и загрязнения морской среды.
