The recommendations determine the order of application of international and regional standards in the Russian Federation and are intended for use by the technical committees on standardization of the Russian Federation (TC), departments and research institutes of the State Standard of Russia (Gosstroy of Russia), business entities involved in the development of state standards documents on standardization and application of international and regional standards in the Russian Federation.
Рекомендации определяют порядок применения международных и региональных стандартов в Российской Федерации и предназначены для использования техническими комитетами по стандартизации Российской Федерации (ТК), подразделениями и научно-исследовательскими институтами Госстандарта России (Госстроя России), субъектами хозяйственной деятельности, участвующими в разработке государственных стандартов и других нормативных документов по стандартизации и применении международных и региональных стандартов в Российской Федерации.
