Organization and conduct of regime monitoring of the state and pollution of surface land waters

This document is intended for organizations of the RosHydroMet Observation Network that prepare and conduct routine monitoring of surface water pollution, as well as for ministries, departments and any other legal entities and individuals that establish departmental observation points and are licensed by RosHydromet to carry out activities in the field of hydrometeorology and related areas in accordance with the Federal Laws "On the Hydrometeorological Service" and "On the licensing of certain types of activities and establishes the requirements for the organization and conduct of regime observations of surface water pollution.
Настоящий документ предназначен для организаций наблюдательной сети Росгидромета, осуществляющих подготовку и проведение режимных наблюдений за загрязнением поверхностных вод суши, а также для министерств, ведомств и любых иных юридических и физических лиц, создающих ведомственные пункты наблюдений и имеющих лицензии от Росгидромета на осуществление деятельности в области гидрометеорологии и смежных с ней областях в соответствии с Федеральными законами «О гидрометеорологической службе» и «О лицензировании отдельных видов деятельности» и устанавливает требования, предъявляемые к организации и проведению режимных наблюдений за загрязнением поверхностных вод суши.
