The guidance document establishes the procedure for the isolation and determination of mobile forms of heavy metals sorbed on suspended substances of rivers when organizing observations on the pollution of surface terrestrial waters carried out within the framework of the State Service for Observation of the State of Environmental Objects. The guidance document is intended for operational and production units engaged in monitoring the state of surface terrestrial waters, as well as during work on the operational monitoring of water pollution
