The guidance document establishes the procedure for the approval of draft standards for maximum permissible discharge (MPD) of harmful substances into water bodies. The provisions of the guidance document are intended for interregional territorial departments and centers for hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring of Rosgidromet that review and approve draft MPD standards for hazardous substances in water bodies
