Status: Effective
Recommendations establish the basic provisions for ensuring the effectiveness of measurements performed in technological processes for monitoring, diagnosing, counting, optimizing modes and implementing other control functions, including in an automated process control system. They can be used in the development of methodological documents for conducting various metrological works (metrological examination of documentation, estimation of measurement errors in technological processes, selection of measuring instruments and development of a system for their metrological service, etc.).
Рекомендации устанавливают основные положения обеспечения эффективности измерений, выполняемых в технологических процессах для контроля, диагностики, учета количества, оптимизации режимов и реализации других функций управления, в том числе в АСУТП. Могут быть использованы при разработке методических документов по проведению различных метрологических работ (метрологической экспертизе документации, оцениванию погрешности измерений в технологических процессах, выборе средств измерений и разработке системы их метрологического обслуживания и т.п.).
