This instruction establishes the requirements for ensuring the safety of service personnel, the public and facilities during the operation of rocket and artillery complexes during active work on meteorological and other geophysical processes in order to protect crops from hailstorms, prevent avalanches and artificially control precipitation.
Настоящая инструкция устанавливает требования по обеспечению безопасности обслуживающего персонала, населения и объектов при эксплуатации ракетно-артиллерийских комплексов при проведении работ по активному воздействию на метеорологические и другие геофизические процессы с целью защиты сельскохозяйственных культур от градобитий, профилактического спуска снежных лавин и искусственного регулирования осадков.
