The manual (RM) is intended to guide the preparation of the specification of equipment, products and materials (hereinafter specification or C) according to GOST 21.110. The guidelines of this manual clarify and detail the requirements of the standard and “Methodological recommendations on the specification of equipment, products and materials (taking into account the new requirements of the SPDS standards)” MR 21.01-95 for performance C in the working documentation of automation systems (RD CA) and design estimate documentation (stages РД) of automated technological process control systems (APCS), developed in accordance with GOST 21.408 for objects of national economy.
Пособие (РМ) предназначено для руководства при составлении спецификации оборудования, изделий и материалов (в дальнейшем-спецификация или С) по ГОСТ 21.110. Указания настоящего пособия уточняют и детализируют требования стандарта и «Методических рекомендаций по составлению спецификации оборудования, изделий и материалов (с учетом новых требований стандартов СПДС)» МР 21.01-95 на выполнение С в составе рабочей документации систем автоматизации (РД СА) и проектно-сметной документации (стадии РД) автоматизированных систем управления технологических процессов (АСУТП), разрабатываемых по ГОСТ 21.408 для объектов народного хозяйства.
