Recommendations for the use of paving in the pavement of residential and public-business buildings apply to the design, installation and operation of existing ones. newly built. reconstructed and subject to overhaul coatings of natural and artificial stones. paving: pedestrian communications (sidewalks, alleys, paths, paths); public spaces (free from public transport areas, including pedestrian areas, squares, streets, squares, boulevards, as well as land, underground, above-ground parts of buildings and structures); transport roads (elements of the system of transport communications that are not highlighted by the red lines of the city’s road network). The application of the document becomes mandatory for all participants of urban planning activities, when the requirements for the application of this document are included in the design task of the object, approved in the prescribed manner.
Рекомендации по применению мощения при устройстве дорожных покрытий территорий жилой и общественно-деловой застройки распространяются на проектирование, монтаж и эксплуатацию существующих. вновь строящихся. реконструируемых и подлежащих капитальному ремонту покрытий из натуральных и искусственных камней. включая мощение: пешеходных коммуникаций (тротуары, аллеи, дорожки, тропинки); общественных пространств (свободных от транспорта территорий общего пользования, в том числе пешеходные зоны, площади, улицы, скверы. бульвары, а также наземные, подземные, надземные части зданий и сооружений); транспортных проездов (элементы системы транспортных коммуникаций, не выделяемые красными линиями улично-дорожной сети города). Применение документа становится обязательным для всех участников градостроительной деятельности, при включении требований о применении этого документа в задание на проектирование объекта, утвержденное в установленном порядке.
