Guiding technical material (RTM) applies to oil coolers used in the oil supply systems of turbine plants of thermal power plants, as well as stationary steam and gas turbines for other purposes. RTM is designed for the calculation and design of typical designs of serial oil coolers, as well as sealed oil coolers of the MBP type
