Hygienic requirements for the storage, use and transportation of pesticides and agrochemicals

Sanitary regulations establish hygienic requirements aimed at ensuring maximum safety of pesticides and agrochemicals for humans and their environment and apply to all production facilities, processes and equipment associated with the storage, transportation and use of pesticides and agrochemicals, and are mandatory for all citizens and legal entities using pesticides and agrochemicals (performing protective work), as well as designing, building and operating E industrial buildings, means of transport, technological, sanitary equipment, designed to work with pesticides and agrochemicals, including the equipment for their removal.
Санитарные правила устанавливают гигиенические требования, направленные на обеспечение максимальной безопасности пестицидов и агрохимикатов для человека и окружающей его среды и распространяются на все производственные объекты, процессы и оборудование, связанные с хранением, транспортировкой и применением пестицидов и агрохимикатов, и являются обязательными для исполнения всеми гражданами и юридическими лицами, применяющими пестициды и агрохимикаты (выполняющими защитные работы), а также проектирующими, строящими и эксплуатирующими производственные здания, средства транспортировки, технологическое, санитарно-техническое оборудование, предназначенные для работ с пестицидами и агрохимикатами, в том числе оборудование для их обезвреживания.
