Sanitary regulations establish mandatory sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the placement, arrangement, equipment, and maintenance of objects of health and social care organizations intended for the permanent residence of the elderly and disabled, as well as the sanitary-hygienic and anti-epidemic mode of work of health and social organizations for permanent residence elderly and disabled. The requirements of sanitary rules should be observed by organizations regardless of their organizational and legal form and form of ownership when locating, designing, building and operating newly built, reconstructed facilities. Sanitary rules are intended for organizations, professionals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs whose activities are related to the design, construction and operation of facilities, as well as bodies authorized to carry out state sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
Санитарные правила устанавливают обязательные санитарно-эпидемиологические требования к размещению, устройству, оборудованию, содержанию объектов организаций здравоохранения и социального обслуживания, предназначенных для постоянного проживания престарелых и инвалидов, а также санитарно-гигиеническому и противоэпидемическому режиму работы организаций здравоохранения и социального обслуживания, предназначенных для постоянного проживания престарелых и инвалидов. Требования санитарных правил должны соблюдаться организациями независимо от их организационно правовой формы и формы собственности при размещении, проектировании, строительстве и эксплуатации вновь строящихся, реконструируемых объектов. Санитарные правила предназначены для организаций, специалистов, юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, деятельность которых связана с проектированием, строительством и эксплуатацией объектов, а также органов, уполномоченных осуществлять государственный санитарно-эпидемиологический надзор.
