These sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations are aimed at protecting the health of children in the implementation of activities on education, training, physical development, rehabilitation, habilitation and rehabilitation, as well as care and supervision in organizations for orphans and children left without parental care, and in organizations that provide temporary accommodation and social rehabilitation for minors who find themselves in a difficult life situation and need social assistance from the state.
Настоящие санитарно-эпидемиологические правила и нормативы направлены на охрану здоровья детей при осуществлении деятельности по воспитанию, обучению, физическому развитию, оздоровлению, абилитации и реабилитации, а также уходу и присмотру в организациях для детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения родителей, а также в организациях, обеспечивающих временное проживание и социальную реабилитацию несовершеннолетних, оказавшихся в трудной жизненной ситуации и нуждающихся в социальной помощи государства.
