Sanitary rules for catering
Санитарные правила для предприятий общественного питания
Status: Not effective - No longer valid
Sanitary rules apply to existing catering enterprises under construction, regardless of their form of ownership and departmental affiliation, and determine the sanitary requirements for the territory, premises and their equipment, transportation, reception and storage of food, raw materials processing, production and sales working conditions and personal hygiene of the enterprise staff.
Санитарные правила распространяются на действующие, строящиеся и реконструируемые предприятия общественного питания независимо от форм собственности и ведомственной принадлежности и определяют санитарные требования к территории, помещениям и их оснащению, транспортированию, приему и хранению пищевых продуктов, обработке сырья, производству и реализации продукции, а также к условиям труда и личной гигиене персонала предприятия.
