Sanitary rules apply to all designed, under construction and existing greenhouses and greenhouses, regardless of departmental affiliation. The rules are mandatory for all enterprises and organizations that design, manufacture building structures, technological equipment and ensure the operation of all protected ground objects of the state, cooperative and private sectors. Bodies of state sanitary supervision are guided by sanitary rules in the implementation of preventive and current sanitary supervision. The rules regulate the hygienic requirements for the design and operation of greenhouses and greenhouses, the quality of cultivated crops, the organization of workplaces, work and rest schedules, sanitation and medical care.
Санитарные правила распространяются на все проектируемые, строящиеся и действующие теплицы и тепличные комбинаты независимо от ведомственной принадлежности. Правила являются обязательными для всех предприятий и организаций, проектирующих, изготавливающих строительные конструкции, технологическое оборудование и обеспечивающих работу всех объектов защищенного грунта государственного, кооперативного и частного секторов. Органы государственного санитарного надзора руководствуются санитарными правилами при осуществлении предупредительного и текущего санитарного надзора. Правила регламентируют гигиенические требования к проектированию и эксплуатации теплиц и тепличных комбинатов, качество возделываемых культур, организацию рабочих мест, режимов труда и отдыха, санитарно-бытового и медицинского обеспечения.
