Guidelines for Designing Warehouses for Vegetable Oils, Animal Fats, and Synthetic Fat Substitutes

The guidelines have been developed in addition to the “Standards and technical conditions for the design of storage facilities and farms for the storage of flammable and combustible liquids” (NTU 108-56) and “Fire Prevention Standards for the Construction Design of Industrial Enterprises and Residential Areas” (H 102-54) and contain changes to the requirements that must be performed when designing warehouses for vegetable oils, animal fats and synthetic fat substitutes for the oil and fat industry, synthetic fat substitutes maslobaz trade. In the design of warehouses of oils and fats, in addition, it is necessary to be guided by "Guidelines for the construction design of enterprises and buildings and facilities of the food industry" (СН 124-60).
Указания разработаны в дополнение к «Нормам и техническим условиям проектирования складских предприятий и хозяйств для хранения легковоспламеняющихся и горючих жидкостей» (НиТУ 108-56) и «Противопожарным нормам строительного проектирования промышленных предприятий и населенных мест» (Н 102-54) и содержат изменения требований, которые необходимо выполнять при проектировании складов растительных масел, животных жиров и синтетических жирозаменителей для предприятий масложировой промышленности, предприятий синтетических жирозаменителей и торговых маслобаз. При проектировании складов масел и жиров, кроме того, необходимо руководствоваться «Указаниями по строительному проектированию предприятий и зданий и сооружений пищевой промышленности» (СН 124-60).
