Requirements Instructions should be followed in the design and installation of lightning protection for new, reconstructed and expandable buildings and structures. The requirements of the Instruction do not apply to the design and installation of lightning protection of power plants, electrical substations and overhead power lines, contact networks, radio and television antennas, telegraph, telephone and radio transmission lines, as well as buildings and structures whose operation involves the use, production or storage of explosive substances
Требования Инструкции должны выполняться при проектировании и устройстве молниезащиты новых, реконструируемых и расширяемых зданий и сооружений. Требования Инструкции не распространяются на проектирование и устройство молниезащиты электростанций, электрических подстанций и воздушных линий электропередачи, контактных сетей, радио- и телевизионных антенн, телеграфных, телефонных и радиотрансляционных линий, а также зданий и сооружений, эксплуатация которых связана с применением, производством или хранением взрывчатых веществ
