Instructions contain rules for organizing the construction of mining enterprises for various sectors of the mining industry. The Guidelines set forth specific requirements for the organization of construction and reconstruction of mines, mines, quarries and processing plants. Instructions are mandatory for customer organizations, as well as for design, construction and installation organizations and can be used by engineers engaged in the design and construction of mining enterprises, as well as employees of research organizations and universities.
