The Instruction establishes the procedure for developing new, revising existing regulatory documents for construction, preparing these documents for approval and publication, introducing changes (additions) to them, as well as the procedure for registration, storage and information about them.
Инструкцией устанавливается порядок разработки новых, пересмотра действующих нормативных документов по строительству, подготовки этих документов к утверждению и изданию, внесения в них изменений (дополнений), а также порядок регистрации, хранения и информации о них.
