The consumption rates of materials, pipes, sanitary ware and heating devices for the construction of ferrous metallurgy facilities are designed to determine the need for these resources when drawing up plans for the logistics of construction carried out by the Union republics, ministries and departments of the USSR. The determination of the need for materials for individual construction objects or groups of objects according to the specified norms is not allowed.
