Instructions on how to develop new and revise the current standards of technological design

The instruction defines the procedure for the development, coordination and accounting of new and revision of the current norms of technological design. The instruction provides for: the determination of technological design standards, which should ensure the earliest possible introduction of scientific and technological progress in projects and high technical and economic indicators of production; streamlining the planning of the development of new and revision of existing standards of technological design; specification of the range of technological design standards, rational use of natural resources and environmental protection; improvement of the order of development, design, approval and accounting of technological design standards, as well as the need to categorize production by explosive and fire hazard, rationing of mechanization and automation of technological processes.
Инструкция определяет порядок разработки, согласования и учета новых и пересмотра действующих норм технологического проектирования. Инструкция предусматривает: определение норм технологического проектирования, которые должны обеспечить скорейшее внедрение достижений научно-технического прогресса в проектах и высокие технико-экономические показатели производства продукции; упорядочение планирования разработки новых и пересмотра действующих норм технологического проектирования; уточнение номенклатуры норм технологического проектирования, рациональное использование природных ресурсов и охрану окружающей среды; улучшение порядка разработки, оформления, утверждения и учета норм технологического проектирования, а также необходимость категорирования производств по взрывной и пожарной опасности, нормирования механизации и автоматизации технологических процессов.
