Standards must be observed in the design of concrete and reinforced concrete structures of buildings and structures operating with a systematic exposure to temperatures not higher than 50 degrees Celsius and not less than minus 70 degrees Celsius.
Нормы должны соблюдаться при проектировании бетонных и железобетонных конструкций зданий и сооружений, работающих при систематическом воздействии температур не выше 50 градусов Цельсия и не ниже минус 70 градусов Цельсия.
