Standards should be observed when designing new and reconstructed main pipelines and branches from them with a nominal diameter of up to 1,400 mm (inclusive) with an overpressure of the medium not exceeding 100 kgf
Нормы должны соблюдаться при проектировании новых и реконструируемых магистральных трубопроводов и ответвлений от них условным диаметром до 1400 мм (включительно) с избыточным давлением среды не свыше 100 кгс/см2 для транспортирования: а) нефти, нефтепродуктов, природного и попутного, естественного и искусственного углеводородных газов из районов их добычи, производства или хранения до мест потребления (нефтебаз, перевалочных баз, пунктов налива, газораспределительных станций городов и населенных пунктов, отдельных промышленных и сельскохозяйственных предприятий и портов); б) сжиженных углеводородных газов (фракций С3 и С4 и их смесей), а также нестабильного бензина и нестабильного конденсата и других сжиженных углеводородов с насыщенными парами упругостью не свыше 16 кгс/см2 при температуре плюс 45 град. Цельсия из районов их добычи или производства (от головных перекачивающих насосных станций) до места потребления (нефтебаз, перевалочных баз, пунктов налива, промышленных предприятий, портов, газораздаточных станций и кустовых баз); в) товарной продукции в пределах головных и промежуточных насосных станций, станций подземного хранения газа, газораспределительных станций, замерных пунктов. Нормы не распространяются на проектирование трубопроводов, прокладываемых на территории городов и других населенных пунктов, а также в зоне вечномерзлых грунтов, морских акваториях и районах с сейсмичностью свыше 8 баллов для подземных и свыше 6 баллов для надземных трубопроводов.
