Rules and regulations should be observed in the design of newly constructed, expanded and reconstructed buildings of recreational facilities and recreation facilities (holiday homes, boarding houses and complexes of these institutions, as well as tourist bases, tourist shelters, recreation centers, youth recreation camps, pioneer camps, except for sanatoriums) .
Нормы и правила должны соблюдаться при проектировании вновь строящихся, расширяемых и реконструируемых зданий оздоровительных учреждений и учреждений отдыха (домов отдыха, пансионатов и комплексов этих учреждений, а также туристских баз, туристских приютов, баз отдыха, молодежных лагерей отдыха, пионерских лагерей, кроме санаторных).
