Нормы должны соблюдаться при проектировании вновь строящихся и реконструируемых вспомогательных зданий, и помещений промышленных предприятий: санитарно-бытовых, общественного питания, здравоохранения, культурного обслуживания, управлений, конструкторских бюро, учебных занятий и общественных организаций.
