Chapter rules should be observed in the production and acceptance of construction (expansion or reconstruction) of railway, road, city, pedestrian permanent bridges, pipes under embankments of roads, as well as in the manufacture of prefabricated concrete, reinforced concrete and wooden structures for them. The construction of bridges and pipes must also comply with the requirements of the heads of SNiP for construction and safety engineering in construction, fire safety rules for construction and installation works, and instructions for developing construction projects and production projects.
Правила главы должны соблюдаться при производстве и приемке работ по строительству (расширению или реконструкции) железнодорожных, автомобильно-дорожных, городских, пешеходных постоянных мостов, труб под насыпями дорог, а также при изготовлении для них сборных бетонных, железобетонных и деревянных конструкций. При производстве работ по строительству мостов и труб должны также соблюдаться требования глав СНиП по организации строительства и технике безопасности в строительстве, правил пожарной безопасности при производстве строительно-монтажных работ и инструкции по разработке проектов организации строительства и проектов производства работ.
