The chapter contains the rules and safety regulations applicable to construction and installation work, regardless of the subordination of the organizations performing them. The requirements of the chapter should be observed in the development of projects for the organization of construction and projects for the production of works, as well as in the design of devices, appliances, tools, mechanisms and machines intended for the production of construction and installation works.
