The rules and regulations of the chapter apply to the installation, testing and commissioning of the main units and machines of the converter, electric steel shops and plants for continuous casting of steel (UPR C): converters with a capacity of 100-130, 250 t; electric arc steel-smelting furnaces with a capacity of 5–200 tons; installations of continuous casting of steel (UNRS) vertical type one-, two-, four-strand; auxiliary mechanisms and machines. Norms and rules do not apply to the installation of equipment of the converter, electric steel-smelting shops, as well as installations for the continuous casting of steel, which has been in operation or out of repair.
Нормы и правила главы распространяются на монтаж, испытание и приемку в эксплуатацию основных агрегатов и машин конвертерных, электросталеплавильных цехов и установок непрерывной разливки стали (УПР С): конвертеров емкостью 100 - 130, 250 т; электродуговых сталеплавильных печей емкостью 5 - 200 т; установок непрерывной разливки стали (УНРС) вертикального типа одно-, двух-, четырехручьевых; вспомогательных механизмов и машин. Нормы и правила не распространяются на монтаж оборудования конвертерных, электросталеплавильных цехов, а также установок непрерывной разливки стали, бывшего в эксплуатации или вышедшего из ремонта.
