The chapter rules apply to the installation, testing, comprehensive testing and commissioning of all types of process equipment. They are obligatory for organizations, design enterprises, performing and accepting equipment installation works, as well as for construction and installation organizations, manufacturers and equipment suppliers with regard to their requirements.
Правила главы распространяются на монтаж, испытание, комплексное опробование и приемку в эксплуатацию всех видов технологического оборудования. Они обязательны для организаций, проектирующих предприятия, выполняющих и принимающих работы по монтажу оборудования, а также для строительно-монтажных организаций, изготовителей и поставщиков оборудования в части относящихся к ним требований.
