Norms and rules should be observed in the production and acceptance of work on the construction and reconstruction of public roads (national, republican and local), access and domestic roads of industrial and agricultural enterprises, as well as in the commissioning of these roads, road buildings and structures .
Нормы и правила должны соблюдаться при производстве и приемке работ по строительству и реконструкции автомобильных дорог общего пользования (общегосударственного, республиканского и местного значения), подъездных и внутренних автомобильных дорог промышленных и сельскохозяйственных предприятий, а также при приемке в эксплуатацию указанных дорог, дорожных зданий и сооружений.
