The standards apply to the design of new railway lines, individual structures and devices of 1524 mm gauge railways of the general network of the USSR, as well as 1524 mm gauge railways that are not related to technological transportation belonging to railways, enterprises and organizations.
Нормы распространяются на проектирование новых железнодорожных линий, отдельных сооружений и устройств железных дорог колеи 1524 мм общей сети СССР, а также железнодорожных подъездных путей колеи 1524 мм, не связанных с технологическими перевозками, принадлежащих железным дорогам, предприятиям и организациям.
