Sanitary rules "Hygienic requirements for the working conditions of persons with disabilities" establish the necessary requirements of sanitary and epidemiological safety and health at the workplace of persons with disabilities, taking into account the degree of risk of harm. Sanitary regulations define mandatory hygienic requirements for working conditions, production processes, equipment, basic workplaces, working environment, raw materials, medical care and sanitary and domestic support of working disabled people in order to protect their health. Sanitary rules apply to all branches of economic activity, enterprises, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership, regardless of the sphere of economic activity and departmental subordination, in which the work of persons with disabilities is applied. Sanitary rules define the rights and obligations of parties to the relationship governed by this document.
Санитарные правила "Гигиенические требования к условиям труда инвалидов" устанавливают необходимые требования санитарно-эпидемиологической безопасности и сохранения здоровья на рабочем месте инвалидов с учетом степени риска причинения вреда. Cанитарные правила определяют обязательные гигиенические требования к условиям труда, производственным процессам, оборудованию, основным рабочим местам, производственной среде, сырью, медицинскому обслуживанию и санитарно-бытовому обеспечению работающих инвалидов в целях охраны их здоровья. Санитарные правила распространяются на все отрасли экономической деятельности, предприятия, учреждения и организации всех форм собственности, независимо от сферы хозяйственной деятельности и ведомственной подчиненности, в которых применяется труд инвалидов. Санитарные правила определяют права и обязанности участников отношений, регулируемых настоящим документом.
