Status: Effective
The standard applies to the gland assemblies of pipe fittings operating at pressures up to 40 MPa and temperatures from minus 80 to plus 565 degrees Celsius, and establishes the design, basic dimensions and technical requirements. The standard does not apply to self-sealing oil seals, oil-lubricated oil seals and oil seals of adjustable valves controlled by pneumatic membrane-spring actuators according to GOST 13373. The design and dimensions of the oil seals based on thermally expanded graphite - according to ST TsKBA-Soyuz-SILUR-019-2006. The design and dimensions of the liquid metal stem seals of the valves for steam and water environments - according to the RT documentation RTM 26-07-252. Recommendations for the use of liquid metal freezing seals - according to РД РТМ 26-07-234.
Стандарт распространяется на сальниковые узлы трубопроводной арматуры, работающей при давлении до 40 МПа и температуре от минус 80 до плюс 565 градусов Цельсия, и устанавливает конструкцию, основные размеры и технические требования. Стандарт не распространяется на самоуплотняющиеся сальники, сальники с принудительной смазкой и сальники регулируемой арматуры, управляемой механизмами исполнительными пневматическими мембранно-пружинными по ГОСТ 13373. Конструкция и размеры сальниковых узлов на основе терморасширенного графита - по СТ ЦКБА-СОЮЗ-СИЛУР-019-2006. Конструкция и размеры жидкометаллических уплотнений штоков задвижек для паровых и водяных сред - по РД РТМ 26-07-252. Рекомендации по применению жидкометаллических замораживающих уплотнений - по РД РТМ 26-07-234.
